Refunds & Returns
At Lovebee, we take great pride in the quality of our natural products, our service and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of personal care items, safety is our top priority, and therefore we do have strict policies regarding refunds and returns. Please review the terms below carefully before making a purchase on the Lovebee website. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of used or opened personal care products. However, we do allow returns under the following conditions:

Unopened & Unused Products:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- The return request must be made within 7 business days of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Lovebee error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Incorrect or Missing Items:
- If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds shall be granted under specific circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (clear photos or videos of the defect/damage). We will assess the situation and, if approved, offer either:
- A replacement product at no additional cost, OR
- A full refund to your original payment method.

Fraudulent Transactions: If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account and believe an unauthorized transaction was made, a refund will be granted only with official proof from your bank or credit card provider confirming the fraudulent charge.
Please note: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions & Additional Notes
- Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Lovebee error.
